That fruit looks bad ASS! It has this character to it and I'm not sure if it's the perspective or the colors but if seems like this fruit has the potential to change the world! Like the apple ( or pomegranate in some translations) that was responsible for Adam and Eve's fall. Sorry, to babble. In short I like it.

You win in my book. This is very good. I love how you payed close attention to creating texture. The wood looks worn down and the liver spot on his cheek was a nice touch. The Fairy's eyes are also really cool.
